How do I download
ApnaFone PC-to-Phone?

ApnaFone
PC-to-Phone dialer, connect to the Internet and
browse to http://www.ApnaFone.com/downloads.htm
then follows the instructions to download.
Please note the folder name where you have saved

How do I install the
ApnaFone PC-to-Phone application? |
|
Go to the
folder where you have saved the PC-to-Phone
setup file and double click on it then follow
the instructions. When the setup completes, you
will be asked if you wish to run the
application. Choose run the application [you
need to be connected to the Internet.]
Make
sure to complete the connection wizard to ensure
successful installation.
When prompted, enter
your Account or PIN
number. |

How
do I check the sound on my PC-to-Phone?
|

If you are
having difficulty hearing or you can not be
heard, please complete the PC-to-Phone 'Audio
Setup Wizard' found under 'Tools' on your
dialer. This wizard will allow you to adjust
both the recording and playback sound
level.
You may also adjust the settings
on your PC-to-Phone by sliding the levers next
to the speaker and microphone icons towards the
right to increase, or towards the left to
decrease the sound level. If the speaker setting
is on Mute, you will not be able to hear the
other party.
If the microphone setting is
on Mute, the other party will not be able to
hear you. We also suggest that you adjust your
Windows volume settings.
Double-click the
speaker icon in the lower-right corner of your
screen and adjust the settings for Play/Record
controls as described below. Go to
'Options/Properties' and be sure the Show
volume controls for checkbox is
selected.
In Playback: select 'Mute' on
the 'Microphone Balance' to avoid hearing your
own voice echo through your speakers and to
minimize feedback.
In Recording: select
the checkbox 'Select in Microphone Balance' and
verify that the volume is sufficiently high. If
you have the option of 'Microphone Boost', you
may want to select that as
well.

How do I
dial with my ApnaFone PC-to-Phone
application?

To dial a number, click on the
dialer's top left arrow to choose your
destination country from the list. In the right
box, enter the area code and phone number and
click on the green call button to place the
call.
